Had a Bosch one in bits as well as a B&D, not very impressed with build quality,m no where as good as their petrol counterparts!

 

No but then again there not aimed at the same markets. It does have one of those topless chain tensioners though whicj I think might not last long. It would be interesting to turn up on a job and as where to plug it into haha

my uncle is a stihl dealer and i have had a go of the new electric saw ,i was shocked on how good it was if i am honest ,but the 017 entry level saw does have more go than it ,but it is super light and i do mean light ,its noisy as heck ,yes i did say noisy you will need muffs belive it or not
