Qualified NACS registered chimney sweep, Essex

I have just qualified as a NACS Chimney Sweep.

I offer a sweeping service covering all of Essex using a brush and vacuum. A certificate is also issued and Im fully insured.

Do you offer an all round service, ie sell them the lgs then clean the chimneys< could be onto a winner there

You could sell un-seasoned logs then they would need their chimneys swept more often:001_tt2:

unseasoned logs mean you never need a sweep, mine cleans itself every so often with pretty blue 8ft flames shooting out of the chimney pot, millions of orange sparks contrasting against the night sky...and hey presto one clean chimney.

Mmm that can do lots of damage to the chimney lining, best avoided if possible.

 

Obviously being in Essex I will only be covering Essex and maybe southern Suffolk and East Herts.

 

I Would love to be able to Sell logs aswell but have no supply of them and no where to store, cut and split etc.

yea i know its bad but we stocked the woodstores too late lastyear and it was unseasoned, i guess it couldn't have been swept out properly when its like that? this year we should be prepared a bit earlier. all the best in your new venture:thumbup1:
