New engine restrictions in London

i dont have the details, im just relaying a conversation i had with a friend couple nights back. Next year (i believe) anyone with a pre euro3 engine will have to pay a £200 fee to use their lorry within the M25.

can someone fill in the blanks? I would imagine this will affect a lot of companies based around London as they do seem to run more 7.5t trucks than your average tree co's

This fills alot of the gaps.

 

We are doing several quotes at the mo for London comps which are thinking about going down the tractor,pto chipper and trailer route. After all how fast is the average travel speed in London.
