Additional Climber and Groundie required for Wimbledon based company!

Hello everyone, I have good news.

We are a Wimbledon based company with Housing Association customers, managing agents and a growing domestic customer base.

Through ArbTalk I have hired Tim and James, they both seem quite happy, they laugh, they climb trees, they eat moss, those sort of things.

I have recently had to turn off the advertising because we were getting overwhelmed so it is time for a 2nd team.

Tim and James are both climbers so I need a dedicated groundie and a new trainee climber, although I will definitely consider an experienced climber for one of the positions. Basically I need 2 more staff and could do with anyone with a good work ethic and a good attitude. You must have aerial rescue I'm afraid.

We have a group company bonus scheme which is based on profit from the 4 Microbee companies, in the past it has been up to £1000 in a quarter, and these days will hopefully be back when we kick this recession.

We work on a starting salary basis for about 3 months and then we will increase your pay once you have proved yourself.

Please send CV's to [email protected]

I look forward to hearing from you,

Tom Evans

Tree Team Manager.

Hi Tom

What's the possabilty of a stand in climber/groundie?, I ask because I'm looking for weekend work, as I already have a full time job doing railway clearance work. You are based right on my door step, so if you required some options incase you needed an extra hand on jobs or wanted people for weekend work, I'm close by. Just thought I'd see what your views were befor I send in a cv (possibly resulting in a waste of your time)

Thanks

Bradley Scott

Ok, got a few CV's, thanks for them. Can some people please apply who can start immediately!

I will just re-cap on a few things....

1 I will buy you whatever you need kit wise, within reason.

2 We generally do between 5 hours and 35 hours a month at time and a half. Sundays are double time.

3 We have a company profit bonus scheme.

4 I genuinely want to create an environment where the work is there in abundance (it is) and you are free to improve, self-motivate and practise good arboriculture.

5 You WILL get a payrise within 6 months if things are working out.

Thanks folks:biggrin:

Tom.
