Don't ever worry about spelling.Far better to make a post from the heart about something you feel passionate/strongly about.We readers will forgive any spelling errors if you keep us spellbound with your thread. For without knowledge we are nothing.

 

my thoughts exactly, still the man is right, and if were giving info and resource, we really ought to be doing a good job of it. latins a toughey, my english is bad enough!:lol:

Yeah, the first and last ones are Oyster mushrooms (guess) and the rest are frankus fantasticus fungus.:001_tt2::lol:

edit that. Dont think they are Oysters now. The book I got from Hama show them differently. There are too many to name or ident. They all look similar.

First two are Oysters, your hunch is right.

 

As for the "frankus fantasticus fungus"

 

i'll get you a contact number for the jodrell lab at Kew, as I do believe you have yourself a bit of a rareity :biggrin:

No, no. Frankus fantasticus is commonplace around these parts. In fact, it is the only fungus that grows. :lol:
