365 special Bar Stud broken

Hi

 

I've just broken a bar stud off on a 365 special. I can see where it has sheared but there is now also a big hole where oil is comming out. To replace these parts is crack the saw in half job or is it much eaiser than that?

go in through the oil filler.

Use care to remove and when installing. This saves breaking the machine in two. Make sure a new nut also. Flush oil tank out to remove possible debris

Thanks guys. Went in through the oil filler. Ooo thats a tricky opperation by with my 7/32 file and a 3/16 file with a bent end i was able to get it in the hole. Quick tapon the end and its good to go.
