Iv got to do a job with a pole right up in a williow I'm removing it where there are 7 lines 5 one way two other I'm only getting them covered as there plenty of room to work in no chance of a problem I'm just awaiting them to cover should be end next week

i agree that unless you know what your doing then stay away until the power is off . But i didnt think that open wire can be used as a service (meaning pole to house ) im pretty sure under ESQCR this is not acceptable any more and should be changed to concentric .
