The pulley will be taking twice the load. E.g 100kg load = 200kg at pulley.

 

The anchor point will be taking twice the load of the pulley . 400kg

 

I tried making a drawing of how the x4 force works out (100 kg load resulting in 400 kg load at anchor point.
