Fair Wages!!!

I've just done 2 days work for a guy on this site. The first day i felt that i didnt earn my money! Today, i felt i did, but was then given an extra 20 quid! I couldnt believe it! I have always felt under valued when employed by other people but today i can honestly say that i felt guilty accepting the money! Especially ater the job was called of on Monday and anyone could have topped that hedge!

I hope i get to work with him again, he's got good lads too! :thumbup:

Lol, I'm not after a contract, its just so suprising to be paid wot most climbers deserve to be paid. We've all worked for guys that just want to make a buck or ten fron us, its refreshing to meet someone who understands the job and doesn't make you feel resentful!

I've done a couple of days work for a chap like that. He pays me a very good wage considering my level of experience. He's a top bloke.
