Okay, so I'm test-flying before possibly buying...:001_tongue:

but dayum, this thing is rough to get fitted!

It is like a Behemoth compared to my lovely little Sequoias, unless I can figure this out, it is going back and I'll continue with my Petzls, but I want to give this thing an honest go.

I'm 5' 8" about 170? maybe a bit less.

so far it is digging the crap out of my lower ribs and just doesn't feel "right"...any fitting tips would be great.

And Steve, now I know why after flying the Sequoias, most don't look back ;)

Many thanks.

i know we spoke about having it sitting low, and you said you always have your saddles low.....but if its hurting your ribs you obviously need it lower. as a general rule, the waist belt should be beneath the belt on your trousers(pants), is it this low?

I was told by James K. to wear it higher, the weight of a saw will pull it down, so I wear it right on my belt-line, , must be more to it though cuz it isn't all that comfy yet..lol

the weight of a big saw might pull it down a bit. i never had a huge amount of trouble with mine. its designed to sit lower....if you wear it any higher its not doing what it was designed to do and you'll be aswell off in a harness half its price.

yeah, i wear my Sequoias lower than they say in the Petzl instructions.

the front waist belt is well below my pant-line in the pic, my butt keeps it from sliding off, so it's all good! lol:thumbup:
