Nesting birds, WHAT nesting birds?

 

I was asking coz' I know when I've organised LA work at that time of year, it's easy enough to prune around the nest or just leave the tree for a few weeks. I'm interested in how you'd go about such a large scale tree removal when you have CROW 2000 et al to contend with as it's not something I know about.
