Could you shackle the swivel to the becket of the pulley or just put the mailon directly on the becket ? Have you tried it yet ?

 

I'm not real sure what you are asking here, but I did try various combinations of attachment for the pulley, which is there to advance the CMI rope grab w/foot loop on the right leg as the CMI pantin on my left foot is engaged.

 

And no, I have not tried it out yet, it's been below zero here in Pittsburgh all week.

Course not, I'm curious now that as it's going through testing now, when it will be on the UK market? I have seen Pauls Unicender and it's a smooth piece of kit.

 

Good :) I am mega excited about it. Thats why I've been trying as many different ways of climbing SRT as possible before it is released. I emailed gustharts and they said around March sometime. They were not prepared to give a rough idea of the price sadly.. I know there are still some issues regarding the wear plates and the level of rope abrasion. There were a few threads on treebuzz about adding friction for longer descents to help the longevity of the wear surfaces. :thumbup1: Bring on the Uni:thumbup:
