Two Large Mature Oak's ... of Value?

I have been 'lurking' on here for many months. Have a few acres of chestnut that I now only cut for our own use so am out of touch with things.

My son has two large mature oaks in in front garden that are leaning towards his house and it seems sensible to have them removed. I do not have the equipment to drop these to fall away from the house so was wondering if they would have any value other than for logs. If only suitable for longs I will get a friendly climber to cut them in small lengths and lower to ground.

Many thanks.

PS we are in Maidstone Kent
