Ive just got these two off amazon, wanted the fungal strategies for a while but decided to take the plunge with it at £37. The other book seems a good one, covers a good range of subjects and for less than £60!

Bowes, Hugh Angus, Thomas Beuchel, Bryan Bowes, Chris Brett, Nick Brown, Aljos Farjon, Stephen Hopper, Brent[/ame]

Slowly building up my collection, the fungal strategies one will come in handy for a pest and disease assignment ive got coming up!

I've been meaning to get my own copy of Stratagies for literally years, but never seem to get around to it!

The other book looks pretty good. The contributors list looks impressive and it seems to collate a lot of info into just the one tome. Be sure to give us an update when you have ploughed through a few chapters :thumbup1:

What's the Myerscough online resourse like for arb related reading?

It's good. We have the Athens system which allows us to a lot of scientific papers and the BS institute so I can get free copies of the relevant BS standards.

I do like to do my own reading and am willing to dive into both these monsters!
