Its made by brinkman and it was called a britruck for nurseries. I think they do prinz now a rebadge of ausa or similar. This truck was about 1986 and fitted with 3cy kubota. Keep an eye open if one comes along ours has manual 4 speed has had the uprated crown wheel. Most of them were hydrostatic and the motors fail on the front wheels so check carefully as not made anymore. These little forklifts cost a fortune when new due to the spec, built for the job not to a spec. Lifts 1000kg to about 7ft power steering and side shift as standard. One of my favorite toys. I bought it to hold and put away 1.4cu m vented bags. The only down side I can think of for you dave is it wont stack tonne bags when the botton one is on a pallet.
