Too right! Funny thing is, I just can't understand folk that don't eat. In my old (non-arb) job, I used to work with guys who would skip both breakfast and lunch too - just eat in the evenings. If I've not eaten by 0900 I genuinly feel ill!

And me ifeel physically I'll without fuel in the tank worked with twenty stone lads in the woods who don't eat all day then pig out at home and don't understand why they can't lose weight.

Chaffey if you have a big belly mate just tell people it's the fuel tank for a love machine haha

I do keep climbing but i think when i return i over compensate for my days efforts if you know what i mean!! Worked all day from dawn til dusk climbing on saturday and i ached so just went home and ate everything i could:lol::lol:. Climbing is good just got to stop eating so much:lol: Most days i suppose i only manage half a day climbing then clearing and chipping so i do work hard just need to climb more!!

Im 19 and still live at home, but since my mum left about 5years ago ive had to cook for myself. Like to think i can knock up a nice bit of grub when i want to. Usually just settle for pasta/potato based dishes just for quickness though...

Maybe have take away once a fortnight, rest of the time i cook for myself... saves me alot of money.

I first worked away in Ireland whe I was 17 my father give me the big speech about mucking in with cooking when your away with the lads showed me some recipes etc. I was quite worried about it when I got there we survived on pizzas and beer:001_rolleyes: the only time we tried to cook I tried my dads sausage casserol and it was too thin so we tried thickening it up with milk
