Im in the market for a new tipper i looked at a 116bhp iveco 2.3 looked nice

 

im after the best power and carry capacity does any one have the new shape iveco or transit any pros and cons to look for

 

any help appreciated

Saw a iveco Cameleon IV440 Modular Mission Vehicle looks mean as and thay do a tipper:thumbup: the one we saw had a mini digger on the back so should carry plenty

Any iveco owners with any input on the 35c12 any good for tree work load capacity engine power etc any an all help appreciated looking to get it tomoz to be the vat and save a few quid lol:biggrin:

i have had a fair few tippers and the iveco 35c 140 bhp is by far the best more power than you need and good on fuel it also has a 6 speed box . very good tucks if there teated well service regular etc there not that expencive on parts either

Im hopefully getting the 116bhp one 2.3hpi turbo dont know alot about them

 

Im hoping 116bhp will be enough as trying to find 140 etc seam hard if not rediculously expensive.

 

Are there any known problems or things you have come across ?.

Bought one a while back. Good wrk horse.

 

Shows when its loaded as I have a crew cab.

 

I need to top up the header tank every now & then as she loses water through the breather cap. Ruled out head gasket prob & still??? as to whats going on..

 

Just about to replace stater motor at a few hundred £ but as far as I know it's the original at 100700 miles.
