Never been good at making tea in a flask so just take hot water in flask and tea bags, coffee and usually powdered milk - usually have cup a soup or similar too. A bottle of juice of some sort too.

Forgot to add the Kelly kettle has been getting some use over the last couple of weeks too

Kelly kettle and a combined coffee press/insulated mug thing (Google Marmot Mountaineer Mug if you're interested). Can use it for fresh ground coffee or looseleaf tea - can't beat it!

Usually carry about 3 litres of water in the truck for both the kelly kettle and general drinking.

I drink loads as being de-hydrated = feling cr@p = lower work output = less cash at the end of the day.
