I have about 40 tonne of birch which we cut this summer and has been stacked outside since August, it is between 3 - 10 inch diameter stuff.Will I be able to log and sell this now with it being birch, and will it burn ok on log burners without complaints !

Buy a moisture meter and you will be able to answer this question yourself

Give your customers a trial net/bag free, they will appreciate your honesty and you will be confident in selling the rest.
