What are the opinions of splicing directly onto the sides of this with one eye? Is it coolto girth hitch a webbing sling

directly as well? This would turn from a swing cheek pulley to a fixed version-has anyone tested it and k ow o the results?

Cheers

Not tried or tested it, my initial thoughts would be the bend radius on the pulley cheeks is a bit tight, and how about putting a thimble into the eye to minimise that and problems with chafing?

Cheers guys, I thought the thimble would be needed. It's to be part of a rope guide I've been asked to make omitting the cost of the art pulley. Might just have to wait fir the pinto pulley instead. Thanks for the info
