I know a lot of folk in Ballater.

Cowies, Craa, Munchkin, Murray Chipper loons, Murdochs (Bakers shop) etc etc. Used to go up and see pals there, havenae been for a long time tho, it was good crack in Ballater

I know all them folk!! I am in the fire brigade with the craw and he worked for my granda as a slater! I get all my blacksmith done by the chipper loons. I also rent some of my yard to willie murdoch to keep his firewood for his own fire he is not a rival!!

 

I think this thread has moved awa from the original title!!

how is business going? competition is savage round here at the moment with up to 9 competitors advertising in the local rag but most of them will not go more than 5 miles from the town so still a lot of business to play for
