related topic i think.. took the old push iron out for a ride down the local canal towpath in the rain lastweek, speeding kingfisher cruised past the other way in a shiny blue flash, funny i havn't seen one in years but then i havn't been out on the bike for years too:thumbup1:, also had the good experience of waking up in the RV we rented in california and looking out of the window to watch hummingbirds hovering a foot or so from the window..:thumbup1: i never set aside time to just appreciate/look for things like this so its nice when they just appear
