Ive arranged with 2 arbtalk members to come down my wood and mill some big lumps for me, I'll be bringing my mini gran-berg and cutter1 will be bringing his Alaskan, also Jim will be doing some with his tow-able mill set up.

am putting this out as a day to av ago and bring ya own mill if ya have one and we'll have a fire going so we can cook some lunch, if ya fancy coming along or have any question please feel free and ask, its likely to be a Sunday so i'l sort a date that's convenient.

if ya fancy doing some carving as well, Ive got plenty to practice on:thumbup1:

I would like to remind folk that the land is owned by the farmer and Ive just bought the standing wood so best behavior please ( that means you Mr Stockbridge ):001_tt2:

I would like this thread removing on the grounds that it is predjudice against northerners

It Should be entitled "Milling getogether"

I totally agree Dean. It should have read "Milling meet in the S/East, norverners welcome but dont expect any black pud and leave yer mangey whippets at home".....far more respectful.
