Sunday 26th September

:

Fungus Foray

Find out about the fungi growing at Bedfont Lakes. Learn about what’s poisonous, what isn’t, and how to tell the difference. Hunt for the mysterious fungi that appear overnight such as Wood Blewit and Shaggy Ink Cap.

 

Time : 11 am - 1 pm

Admission : £2 for adults, £1.00 for children & concessions.

All under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

yea i think so......take the nipper as well. Will be interested to see what turns up as there is no real woodland.......lots of water and grass land.......eco piles dotted around.....come on down mate you can come round for a cuppa afterwards.

Unfortunately, it's the first day of my new job (if you can call it that on the pay they're offering), so I don't think it'd go down too well if I had a sudden sickie.
