How do u put photo up on this arbtalk

please could someone be very pleasent and help!

what does it mean URL http:// when click on insert image/photo

i am trying to sell a woodchipper!

ignore the insert image button. when you are posting a reply, go advanced, dont use the quick reply. on the following page, scroll down till you see a tab called 'manage attachments', click on that then upload the images from your computer
