surely there must be a healthy balance to be found between commercial and domestic to keep cash flow coming in. (with log sales aswell)

 

yeah 1x1

but hey work is work.

it just get you down when you have spent hundreds doing a job and it takes the accounts dept 30 days + to pay you.

Try sleeping at night when you are owed 92k!

 

i do some work for this company who take 60 days and thats if your lucky

all this gets taken into account when pricing up for them (i make them bas*ards pay double it should be)

Yep, we've got companies that pay on 30, 60 and 90 days.... pain in the arse.

 

The worst is when you have wood on the roadside that you are due a price per tonne, and then the client takes 3 months to clear a job by which time you have lost weight in the wood and then they take 30 days to process weight tickets ontop of that! :001_huh:

 

insult after insult for what is essentially a very costly business to be in.
