i think the only reall courses that are important to refresh are the aerial rescue and first aid, cause come on how often do we use these!! but every thing else if working on a day to day basis shouldnt need refreshing!!

think cs30-31-38-39 should be the first step for 5 years then cs32-33-40-41 thats 10years training if your unsafe after then you always will be. And after you have All those courses refreshers should be 1-3 days current best practice every 5years after. This might actually work for a change?
