Hi Tom,

 

I'm sure we've all been there, trying to keep a customer happy, in order to win more work from them. But in reality £40/50 really wont fill up a towing vehicles tank mate.

 

Just a suggestion, but maybe give the client a price to prune/dismantle only (leave on site), and a realistic price to clear it all away too, clients think it's a few branches but you need to explain the logistics and disposal costs involved (chipper hire/dump prices etc).

Like i said a trailer would be an advantage but not needed as i have my own but its fairy small All i really needed was some one with a saw and just to do the chipping I have my other groundie doing the same and sending the stuff up to me Just need extra hand to make the job was complate
