a mate is cleaning out industrial units for the council, a timber kit company has done a moonlight flit leaving many half made kits, chipboard on stud partition, riddled with nails, does any know of companies who will take this for re cycling.

most green waste companies will take this for recycling , give your local countil a calland they will point you to who ever is doing this in your area - the nails do not pose a problem as the hammer mill will not be dammaged by them and when the chip is screened the nails will be picked out by a magnet any way

Where is it mate? there is a recycle company down at boness (falkirk district) will take it in fact they used to pick it up and pay per ton.

 

i can get you the number if that suits.
