both are ssame size i believe, both are nice ropes, depends which colour you like, one is green and blue, another green and green, another orange and blue, the other green and brighter green!!

i had the turfelburger (think thats how you spell it) tachyon for a while and then bought a load of poison ivy at the aa show. both are really nice ropes but i think for durability id go for the tachyon as the cover braid is tighter and is at less risk to getting puckered by anything abrasive.

but saying that the poison ivy is lovely in the hand and is an awesome rope to climb on as it is so supple and soft. i think i'll go for the imori next time as i like changing things about.

correct me if im wrong but i think the tachyon is 11.5 and the poison ivy is 11.7, i know there is only .2 of a mm in it but i think it makes the difference, espescially when you have cold hands and you fingers are packing up.

hope this helps
