Just a thought from another thread.

Although I think H&S may slowly be killing our's and other industries as in it is and will get harder to actually do any work due to the amount of checks, paper work and rules and regs to stick to.

Now, since H&S has increased the amount of work due to everyone(ok not everyone but more than there used to be) being scared about something happening and being sued because someone tripped of a twig 'that shouldnt have been there' ...

Ha, just realised I have no point in this thread or real argument about anything :laugh1: suppose I should delete it but since I've made this much effort I think I'll just post it anyway.

I think the point you were going to make before you got lost was.............

Does the work generated from our H&S conscious society, IE better get that tree down before it falls down and kills someone or lets get the trees over the path dead wooded, just in case.

Make up for the hassle of having to jump though all the H&S hoops??
