Treesource is a good place to buy some of the books you'll need, also if you're on day release then you can get all the books you'll need for free from the college library. I've just finnished a year at merrist wood & i have spent nearly £400 for books, they are really expensive & so valuble to me that i couldn't sell them on, sorry fella but i don't think you'll find anyone willing to sell their books unless they're changing their career & can't stand trees no more

I have Forest Mensuration A handbook for practitioners by the Forestry Commission. It is practically unused as I changed from studying forester to studying arb.

Was thinking of keeping it just in case I need it but to be honest I cant get my poor little head around the subject.

These days if someone asks me how big that tree is I tell them one of three things 1. thats a big tree 2. thats a medium sized tree 3. that thing thats a shrub!

No sure if it will be any use in your course but if it is your more than welcome to have it. I would rather It went to good use than just sit on my book shelve.

I you want it just p.m me your address and I'll post it during the week.

Cheers

Stevie
