Trying to work out the strata it's on.

 

I don't beilieve it was willow.

 

Few scattered broadleaves in amongst this plantation, but mainly Pine & Larch.

also leant that way initially, but no Poplar around immeadiate vicinity where this lay, though could have been imported to where it was I suppose.

 

Oak, Beech & Acer are the predominant leaf litter.
