ecrin roc ear defender adaptor

my vertex best is just too hot for this weather and im gonna get a ecrin roc, i need an adaptor for muffs, where can i get one from except honey brothers?

and does any one have a set they want to sell?

The vertex replaced the ecrin as petzls industrial lid, although the ecrin is still being sold as a mountaineering helmet.

I dont know if the ecrin is up to the same spec as the vertex, but plenty of arborists have been using ecrins for years.

 

Whats wrong with the vertex vent?

If your muffs and visor off the best are ok, I would buy a vent bare and transfer the fittings over. A vertex on its own will set you back just over £40, which is the same price as a bare ecrin and you'll still have to buy the adapters.
