Help with ms 180

Have a watch of the video and see if you can see the porblem.This is a 2002 made saw i got free from a uncle of mine its been sitting in his shed for the last 4 years not used Works fine apart from the chain will run on its own at diff speeds with out any power going to it I can put the brake on but then i can smell a burning from it Any ideas

 

 

 

Im in nottingham at the mo so if there is any 1 is in nottingham who dosen't mind giving it a once over for me i would extremely grateful Pm and we can come to some agree meant
