How many people have been asked for their tickets?

My first saw was from my local shop, they asked if I'd got one, but didn't need to see it. My most recent was mail order and they asked me to fax a copy of it.

I forget about the saws in between.

Mail order? Stihl?

It was a Stihl, but not direct from Stihl.

I forget who it was, but I was well impressed with the service: they'd got a special offer, a 16" 020 with some bonus kit at a reasonable enough price that I'd put up with the extra 2" (or change it later)... they phoned quite late in the afternoon to apologise that they'd run out of 16", and would a 14" do, and it still arrived at a reasonable time the following morning.

If they are caught selling mail order by Stihl, they will lose their dealership!
