I could live with being materialsitic if it meant i had the resources to "make a difference" maybe i should start to think greed again?

as for staking my claim, i am playing possum until such time as I feel I have the guns to back it up, however in light of your recent advice, and my own gut instinct i am inclined to do EXACTLY what you suggest, and do you know what, i reckon your spot on mate, that is a role i would do some serious work in, and LOVE doing it.

No need to be materialistic mate, with your passion to make a difference and do a good job, and the fact that these are the qualities potential clients would require, the money would be a natural bi-product. We obviously have very different interests but believe me, from my areas of expertise and interest, there is a huge buzz around corporations using environmental credentials to push their marketing differentiation. The largest buzz being around sustainability. What could be more sustainable than inclusionality.:thumbup1:

Hope i've cheered you up a bit mate, since you posted your unhappy thread earlier.

A thought for you to ponder.

If I didn't know you, I would have never of heard the phrase inclusional. If I had I wouldn't know what it was about. If I hadn't known about it, I wouldn't have twigged that it could have excellent commercial appeal to big business looking to increase their CSR. This idea is at least half yours mate. Degree or no degree.:thumbup1:

In all seriousness if you wanted to give the idea a go with a partner who could deal with the business side of things while you concentrated on the theoretical and practical side I would be more than happy to give it a go. Equally if you wanted to give it a go on your own with a bit of guidance, that would be cool too.:thumbup1:

I believe we are all born with a skill, a natural flair for a thing, lucky if we discover it early on.

you cleary know what your skills are, and i know mine, I have no desire in reality to go it alone, and a team effort is always going to be better than a loner, providing there is no clash of titans! lol

I would relish the idea of you and me combining forces to develope a new approach to CSR managment, do you want to do this!:thumbup1:

Yeh, i'm up for it Tony

Wee Dee, I think the answer to that is a work in progress. Tony doesn't know enough of business to answer it and I dont know enough of inclusionality to answer it. I'm hoping between the two of us we will find the perfect answer.:thumbup1:

Let me put it this way, planting trees is a very small part of fulfilling ones environmental obligations to offset climatic, environmental impact of a global business or a small local one.

using inclusionality would not only mean offsetting ones carbon footprint, but becoming entirly receptive to ecological health and bio diversity, rather than just buy brown fields and plant trees, our consultancy would encourage the purchase of more established but threatened ecological sites and use them to sustain bio diversity, lock vast quantities of carbon into soils via a subsiduray agricultural business and use the whole facility to educate the young, the future CEO's to a more sustainable approach to business.

we have the knowledge to make the world a better place without harming, in fact in a way that enhances the environment.
