craftsman ride-ons, any good?

i am looking at getting a new ride on. i have seen 'craftsman' on e-bay with a 42 inch deck and a 24hp briggs and stratton v-twin. the engines are good, but does anyone know if the rest of the machine is? they are very well priced at 1795 inc. vat i think!

they are american, but i have no idea about their performance and build,

I may be wrong, but I think craftsman are the same as (or made by) Husqvarna.

I know my local husqvarna dealer sells both partner and craftsman ride ons, and they look identical to the orange ones bar the colour.

Don't be put off by the word 'cheap' as they sell quality gear.

 

Don't know if they stock the ride on you are asking about, but they will get you a good equivalent & 'won't be beaten on price' is their claim.

 

Hope I'm not stepping on anyones toes doing this, but I have dealt with them personally & they are 1st class for service.
