just wondered what Friction Cord people on here use as when i first started learning to climb i brought some Lyros Herkules 10mm Friction Cord from HB and the last year at saltex i asked for more but they ent got none so i brought some Ocean Polyester 10mm i cant seem to get on with it any advice

Herkules 10mm is great think i got mine from proclimber. Normally use Regate 10mm as it can be picked up most places. nice on the hands grips well and lasts quite well.

Use the forums search engine mate. There are many other threads like this. All with useful information. Alot of people won't be bothered going over the same thing again and again.

 

Cord / rope combos are all personal preference.

But for the record, I'm using 8mm ocean poly on 11mm Yale blaze and my other setup at the mo is lyros runner on tachyon. Both work awesome....... For me.
