went up to that site ladt night ady. nice round there ain't itn done loads of work at the golf club at the topof that lane. sounds like

ill be getting that lot out and milled...

there would have been more for you to mill if it wasn't screwed through the middle,

Theres huge works there- 25 odd trees to come down if we get our way:sneaky2:

 

Didnt get up there on friday night, went up saturday instead......

 

Which was the stunt fell? I saw one that was felled across the access lane....was that the one? Chris never mentioned one into the landy:confused1:

i know there's loads to be done, :blushing: it was the first one we ringed up was intended for milling but it was shafted...

 

the stunt fell was a cross the access yes, about 1 foot behind chris's landy,, he was busy with the brushcutter so was blissfully unaware..:lol:

Aha- Mr w failed to mention that one. He did show me the one next to the (still smouldering) fire though:sneaky2::laugh1:

don't talk to me about that fire,,, as if it wasn't hot enough on friday without the old guy deciding to start a bushfire.....

I was dying on a large ish leylanidd butchering in St columb.......Jeez it was hot. My phone said 21 degrees at about 4.20pm........I cant imagine what a fire must have been like:001_huh:

here's todays pics...

will take a few to get them up..t

the first few are of a very few handkerchief tree's. you have to look close,

 

then onto the acers..

 

so today was a reduction to an old oak, poor old thing had some pretty heavy storm damage,

 

then a crown lift on a beech and finally felling a big sycamore or two..who says old guys are too slow...
