Ok, the way it was explained to me when trying to claim medical expences following ailments/injuries at work, is, any benifit achieved from such treatment would not be just in your work. It would also enhance parts of your private life, therefore not solely connected to the business.

 

So in short, you shouldnt be able to offset any form of rehab.
