i wish i could pole climb like on this programme but have just started it and need to get loads of practice and stop thinking about falling and thinking about the two pieces of metal and a rope holding you in the tree

 

Slowly but surely is the way forward and standing on them at 6ft lean back put your hands on your head, then the same at 12ft and so on. Don't try to rush learning, Thats when accidents happen.

best one yet i think..that was a big tree to climb. ouch did anyone else see the stitches on the guys head advertising next episode? cant wait now-gotta know what happened..

yes i did see that guys head with all the stitches, i believe that it was a widow maker that hit him, it must of really hurt
