You can't get toe spikes anywhere I'm afraid

we all make our own to suit or not - although one or two climbers have made sets for others in return for a carrier bag stuffed full of cash.

 

There are several events where the public can try it so don't worry if you've done any climbing before you're already well ahead of most of them.

 

I didn't make the last APF which is why they all looked fast : )

 

 

 

I have often thought where can you get the toe spikes from, i would like to give it a go but want to get some practice in before i gave it a belt in public.....

 

I saw at APF some of those guys can move bloody fast.:scared:

Hi Ian,

 

send me a private message with your contact details and I'll send you details of the competitions etc.

 

There is one at the end of May in North Wales and it's planned to have a special category for working spikes to encourage new people to come and try it - should be perfect for you.
