Easter walk in the woods

Went for a nosey at Rougham Hall (w.suffolk) - a derelict mansion which was bombed in the second world war, and happened to stumble across lots of interesting trees.

(here i show my extensive knowledge :laugh1: ) This tree had failed due to an *insert disease here* infection, revealing the wood surrounding the dead/decayed branches, which had resisted the urge to rip like all the other wood - excuse my ignorance, but is this a wall of CODIT?
