Hi western

 

Hope you are having a good easter.

 

As has already been said the absolute min is UA1 2 days training and 1/2 test

 

then most people will expect UA2.1, basic ID and tree infor and UA2.2 pruning from ground and assisted fell

 

you will need some pre requisites forthat namly cs30, cs31 and UA1 befor any UA 2

if you are working for western power distribution you will be expected to have cs 30 , 31 , ua1, ua2.1 , manual handling and first aid oh and w.p.d's own intro course (D746) should you wish to do anything more than drag brash then you will further require cs38,39.40 , Ua 2.2 , 2.3 , WPD LVOH(D744) Dot6 - to enable you to take permits to work etc BUT this is NOT a MUST. hope this is of some use to you . W.P.D are cracking down an awfull lot when it comes to contractors and sub contractors carrying out any line clearence work . i myself was suspended because they did not have a coppy of my certs.
