Echo hedger attachment

Had an echo pole saw with hedge cutter attachment for a while now and find it really usefully for tall hedges. Seen the hedger attachment but for £100 thought it wasn't wort it.

Well the other week one cam up on ebay for £25 so thought id give it a try. Used it for the first time today found it really use full for the stuff thats too thick for the hedge cutter but snatches on the pole saw. Will cut stuff up to 5cmm thick. Only down side cut is a bit rought so would only use it on rough stuff. Another bonus is its much lighter than the hedge cutter attachment.

mate.... thats an edger, not a hedger! for cutting a neat line where grass meets path/flower bed... thus the little wheel for rolling along the ground. very much lawn care, not hedge cutting.

waving it around in a hedge is asking for trouble, or at least a knackered edger...
