Been looking for a good medium size tirfor for a while now, but can find 1 for right price or too far away. Saw an ACE winch on ebay, look very Simula to the draper winch I used on my CS32 last week which was good. Just wondered if anyone had used 1 and there opinions on it was looking at the 1600KG/2400KG winch.

Cheers

Steve

I ve got one thats badged as a Yale winch with a 3.2ton pull. Very handy bits of kit and definatly worth having. I ve used mine to pull medium size stumps out and pulling large leaning trees over.

I was thinking of getting a Jet Hoist one from Buxtons but i think i'll get one of these, much cheaper. Can you get the shear pins too?

i got 3 shear pins with it tucked away on the winch im sure they are exactly the same size as tirfor pins.
