working with Laburnum

To what extent is Laburnum poisonous? I have a nice lump which i'd like to work with (Make something). Was just wondering what precautions should be taken as I heard the whole tree is poisonous. What does this mean?

All parts of the tree are poisonous: roots, bark, wood, leaves, flower-buds, petals, and seedpods. The harmful part of the plant is the seedpods. It contains cytisine, a quinolizidine alkaloid with effects very similar to nicotine.

 

But you'll only get i'll if you eat any part of it so keep the sheep and horses clear.
