How is everyone attaching a croll to your uppper body?

My butterfly has a mallion on some beeline as a saw anchor which sits mid line. i've tried some inner tube and some webbing tape both which irritated me having to take a helmet off to take it off when up the tree. i'm currently trying to make a harness that i can remove. anyone made anything, i'll post some pics when i've created it.

yeah,

due to it being anchored to my butterfly, this harness doesn't need to be bomb proof as it's oly there to keep me upright easily and not life supporting

I dont bother with a chest harness at all, just link the top handled ascender to the top of the croll, to pull it up the line, and then attach croll to bridge as you are now.

i tried a bungee between the croll and the handled ascender but it was faff, it's easiest if your body is held vertical

Don't you need the top ascender to move independantly of the croll?

No, although the sequence of movements does need to be co-ordinated. Bit like footlocking. The croll does flop around a bit, but I dont think its a problem.
