Agreed, about not worth the paper it's printed on..

Though technically, you don't -actually- need P.L. insurance(!), but the much more expensive E.L. is compulsory, if you ever have any subcontractors or employed staff, etc.

 

Having spoken with an expert witness who specialises in arb/forestry court claim assessments, I have to say I'm under no illusions that most of us (insured parties) will find a sharp and financially painful reality bites us, with our first claim

-I doubt I, or many of us would happily survive a 3rd party's cross examination in a  court..

Limited liability isn't without it's attractions at times..
